How to Install Windows 10
Steps to follow:
Click on "Download tool now", which will download a MediaCreationTool1909.exe file
using that tool we can download windows 10 iso file (size of iso would be 4gb)
here is the important step we need to check:
as per the attached screenshot before selecting partition scheme, we need to verify our desktop drive partition type and select accordingly.
how to verify drive partition in our local machine:
right-click on 'This PC' -> select manage. it will open computer management.
next, select disk management.
now disk0 -> right click -> properties -> volume.
now we were able to see GPT or MBR.
now we successfully converted Pendrive as a bootable device.
now go ahead and restart your computer and go to the boot menu and continue with Windows 10 installation.

2. Purchase activation key from below URL:
There are many online sites available to purchase an activation key. but while purchasing please check expiration time and the number of users.
I purchased an activation key from the above URL. it charged 1300INR for me for 1 user with 30 days expiration time.
3. Download Rufus software and convert iso file as bootable:
Note: we need a Pendrive to convert iso file as a bootable file.
download latest version of Rufus software from below URL:
as part of this step first, we need to format Pendrive.
